Shipping Days:

All orders are shipped on Tuesdays.

Shipment Notification:

You will receive the tracking number for your order via email to the address you used to make the purchase.

Responsibility for Delays and Losses:

Vida Bakery PR LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays in mail delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Lost packages, even if the system indicates they were delivered.

Shipping Costs for Returned Orders:

Any returned order is subject to additional delivery charges if you still want the product.

Address Correction:

It is your responsibility to enter the address correctly in the system.

Shipping Cost Refunds:

Shipping costs are not refundable for any reason once VidaBakery PR LLC has sent the tracking number.

Delays During Peak Seasons:

VidaBakery PR LLC is not responsible for mail delays during peak seasons.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping applies to regular-sized orders. Larger or bulk orders may require additional shipping fees.

  • Retrasos en el correo debido a direcciones incompletas o incorrectas.
  • Paquetes perdidos, aún cuando el sistema diga que fueron entregados.

Costos de Envío para Órdenes Retornadas:

Toda orden retornada está sujeta a cargos adicionales por la entrega si aún deseas el producto.

Corrección de Dirección:

Es tu responsabilidad ingresar la dirección correctamente en el sistema.

Reembolso de Costos de Envío:

Los costos de envío no son reembolsables por ninguna razón una vez que VidaBakery PR LLC haya enviado el número de rastreo.

Retrasos en Temporadas Altas:

VidaBakery PR LLC no se hace responsable por atrasos en el correo durante temporadas altas.

Envío gratis:

Los pedidos grandes o fuera del estándar podrían estar sujetos a cargos adicionales de envío.
